TOTAL GREEN TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT

Total Green Technology Management is a concept of a way a green technology management can help to improve a clean environment. The concept basically is an application needed to a human brain to safe and secure of the universe. The clean environment started at home, the road to the office/workplace and the environment of office/workplace itself. At home the clean/green environment can be managed by family/home member by ensure all the waste and rubbish are free from their home area and the family/home member is responsible to plant the tree or the beautiful grass. The government authority is responsible to clean/green along a roadside of the road whereby respective owner namely government, company or individual are responsible to clean/green the area of office/workplace.  

The simple concept of total green management to the three entities such as clean/green the house, clean/green the roadside to office/workplace and clean/green the area of office/workplace definitely will improve the health, safety and the beauty of a nation and indirectly will improve the output or productivity of the nation. This also will encourage tourism activity to the country.

Technology is the most important role to support the total green technology management. The green technology must be applied to every product related to human lives such as vehicles, machinery, and all products are used in daily lives including the technology in process making, the technology in material used and the technology of operating system of the products.

Finally, in Islam stated sanctity, green custodial and appreciating the universe are good practice.

EDUCATING YOUNG ENGINEER

After graduate engineering degree course with the average of 120 credits taken by an engineering student in various recognized university entitle them to call as a young engineer in the marketplace. As the young engineer, of course, he/she is very eager to participate in real engineering practice/work. However, with the minimum knowledge and experience little bit arrest the young engineer successive stop them from involve in real work.

To hinder this problem occur, the new graduate engineer should be placed under the supervision of a senior engineer who experienced enough in their field. The young engineer must learn as much and as fast as possible he/she can from the senior engineer on doing the thing in engineering work. Since a technology is very fast moving, the young engineer with guided of the senior engineer must learn very fast in their field and master their field as soon as possible. By mastering the job, definitely will reduce the stress which nowadays stated as the number one killer.

Hopefully, by doing this practice will help to reduce the weight on engineer shoulders in this modern world, which market rapid introducing the new things/process. Actually, engineer as a human being created by Allah needs enjoy living same to other professions.

NEW CHALLENGE TO ENGINEER

1.         A nation, when grow up will need a lot of creative engineers.  One of the criteria to become an advanced country needs to become industrialize to match up with the living style of her population. At the advanced nation stage, the engineering is not just a techniques or processes of doing a thing, but also about innovative thinking.

2.         The weight on the shoulders of engineers have become heavier to create or to find ways of designing new things for better living in realizing dreams.

3.         The concepts to support the new challenge of engineer that I can foresee.

a.         The new education concept.    The way of teaching students to become engineer should be started with theory and support with repeated hands-on or practical. The future engineer also must be exposed with strong believe in their own religious for better responsible in engineering duties.

b.         The continuous learning concept.  As an engineer, continuous learning plays an important role which the new knowledge and new concept applied on doing things or products. The skills of the engineers must update time to time accordingly suitable with time and environment. The continuous learning concept and practice must put on the shoulders of the engineers. 

c.         The continuous practice concept. The knowledge of the engineers must be practiced and applied. The engineers must find or establish their club which lead by the most knowledgeable and capable leader who capable of guiding and updating their knowledge and skills.

4.         Thus, the continuous and repeatable in doing things are the magic words for the engineers. Eventually, the engineers as a human who created by creator need to repeat to upgrade themselves which same practice in the Muslim on performing five times prayer as directed who done repeatably on an everyday basis.  

HOW TO PRESENT IN EFFECTIVE WAY

1. To present the paper relating to the academic's paper or paper relating to selling the products need the valuable presenting skills. Valuable presenting skill that we need such as the talking skill, the presenting skill and the skill of knowing what the salient point for the audience to catch in mind during presenting time. The quality of presenting aid namely hand out, model or viewpoint will catch the mind of audience and the presenter must think the way to maintain the presenting aid, way and points to stay longer in the audience mind. The longer of presented points in the mind of the audience is much better. 

2. Here are the tips to become the best presenter.

a. Dressing properly. The dressing should be suitable with what are we going to present.

b. Presenting Aids.  The presenting aid must be enough. They are the pointer, model and hands out material.

c. The view material. The view material must be edited and lay in the good layout. The choice of color, font size and background must serve the purpose.

d. Presenting rehearsal. The presenter must do practice and rehearsal before presenting. The final rehearsal should include at the place of presenting for adjustment if applicable. The presenter should anticipate what probably the audience question during the question and answer session.

e. The body language. The presenter must aware of body language and do not allow the bad body language to interrupt during the presentation.

3.  In conclusion, the confidence level can be archived after seriously consider all the tips listed above. The confidence also is come along with knowledge of the subject that we are going to present.
