The most though for the today's leader is
to anticipate what will happen in the future. Manage future means manage
focusing. Focus what will happen in five, ten, fifteen or twentieth years time to
come. This is sound for a good leader which the leader can anticipate the
changing in future. The through leader is the leader who has capable of
change. They are the charismatic leader.
When we need change? Is it we need change before the environmental change or adjusting during the change. The good leader will change the organization at all angle suppose before the real change that will affect his or her organization. If the leader has the change during the environment already changes, it will be frightened to be late and chaos. If the organization cannot adapt at that time, the organization will collapse or die.
The concept of this manage change should be applied also to the individual who want survive in whatever happen in coming environment. The individual should know or predict what will the future be. This could allow the individual to prepare themselves early.
