TECHNOLOGY JAPAN

Japan, a high develop country which produced a lot of products that used in all over the world. Take 10 product in the machine shop, half of them could be from Japan. Most of Japanese product known to have quality and reliability. In many cases, the Japanese product normally expensive if compare with the product produced from other country but the customer who have high buying power still can afford to buy the Japanese product because they want the quality products as a first choice. 

Since then Japanese still conquer the market. Many Japanese brands already become number one in the world market example Toyota. This to show the power of quality. Quality with the good relationships with customer or customer service definitely being the key to lead the success of the company in this new era.

Quality product normally starts with the good process from the beginning until to the end of the process. In Japan, they will develop the process  or the system carefully in order to get the quality products to get the customer satisfactions. They really give the maximum effort in establishing the process or the system. They are the champion in developing the process or the system. They believe that after establishing the process or the systems will lead great output either products or services.

Why Japanese always advance? They advance because in designing process or system, they always put customer need in front. A few famous words to their customer namely, customer first, the customer always right and the customer is the king always in the Japanese minds. In many cases, they will survey and get the input from customer to include in the design process or system beside products design. They always think of the integrated processes or systems which after launch will give the customer satisfaction. If customer satisfaction achieved, they can distribute the cost to the customer to share the new system or products and eventually the customer normally could accept the products or system proven or satisfied with full satisfaction.

The technology Japan will always in front if they could apply and maintain this concept (processes or systems first) before produced products, services or system quality.

GST oh GST

Now a GST is one of a hot topic and a real issue for the rakyat. Since it is just started, we can see a lot of flaws here and there. We cannot deny that rakyat mostly rejected the GST.

However, we understand that the GST system actually accepted all around the globe. It shows that the system also supposed to be good for our country. The question is why the majority of rakyat still cannot accept the system. An answer is because the mind of the rakyat is still cannot accept the system. 

The Government supposed to win the mind of the rakyat first before GST launching. Tech MRA's opinions, the government supposed to find other mechanisms such as approving of the high salary or standard minimum salary which enough for the rakyat to manage GST before GST launching. The government also may think of giving a sweet first example by lower the petrol prices while launching GST. 

The majority of rakyat especially a younger generation has to spend a lot on petrol and after 5 years working a lot of an expenditure by the younger will be expended on the housing loan. 

If these two things that can be handled, they will accept the GST peacefully. Tech MRA can anticipate that this systems will be stable and will be one of the mechanisms used in order to achieve vision 2020.

RE-SELLING LAND BY TABUNG HAJI

Due to this issue, Tech MRA thinking is to hold better than to sell the land. We should not take into account on pressure by others. If we look rationally, TH supposed to hold the land for development, of course, by added value to the land that will make the land become much valuable and expensive in near future. The benefit, of course, will flood to the members and to the country herself els-well.

However, we are very fast to compromise in order to please others. As a lay- man and has a little saving with TH, Tech MRA is satisfied with TH's board of director and agreed with them in decision possession of this land before. We could see in near future, the benefit and the outcomes from the move surely at the end will be share with the TH's members. 

We can see that a lot of things we can do on this land, of course, will benefit everyone. Even though the land is quite small but with the current technology, a lot of things can be done example tallest building, complex parking house, housing for the citizen or modern business centre. 

Tech MRA concludes that better to hold the land and proceed with the original plans if the land is still in hand.
