TECHNOLOGY JAPAN

Japan, a high develop country which produced a lot of products that used in all over the world. Take 10 product in the machine shop, half of them could be from Japan. Most of Japanese product known to have quality and reliability. In many cases, the Japanese product normally expensive if compare with the product produced from other country but the customer who have high buying power still can afford to buy the Japanese product because they want the quality products as a first choice. 

Since then Japanese still conquer the market. Many Japanese brands already become number one in the world market example Toyota. This to show the power of quality. Quality with the good relationships with customer or customer service definitely being the key to lead the success of the company in this new era.

Quality product normally starts with the good process from the beginning until to the end of the process. In Japan, they will develop the process  or the system carefully in order to get the quality products to get the customer satisfactions. They really give the maximum effort in establishing the process or the system. They are the champion in developing the process or the system. They believe that after establishing the process or the systems will lead great output either products or services.

Why Japanese always advance? They advance because in designing process or system, they always put customer need in front. A few famous words to their customer namely, customer first, the customer always right and the customer is the king always in the Japanese minds. In many cases, they will survey and get the input from customer to include in the design process or system beside products design. They always think of the integrated processes or systems which after launch will give the customer satisfaction. If customer satisfaction achieved, they can distribute the cost to the customer to share the new system or products and eventually the customer normally could accept the products or system proven or satisfied with full satisfaction.

The technology Japan will always in front if they could apply and maintain this concept (processes or systems first) before produced products, services or system quality.
