A flywheel function is absorb and release energy from and to engine. In a car, the flywheel initial function is generate a power to crankshaft and piston for initiate the first ignition. When the engine is running the flywheel maintain the momentum to smooth the engine and take the responsible giving the energy to the engine during the energy vacuum. The flywheel also play very important role in other machine requirement. Flywheel function should be look again since the more benefit could be explore from this technology.
