Malaysia is the most rapid development country. A land  and a house suddenly price become expensive. The rise of the land and the house could not be afforded for the majority of local to buy. A car also has seen very expensive. But the house and car consider a basic needs for the citizen. However, the development of modern town with high tower's building and highway look like never end.

Malaysian culture and peoples are unique to describe. But they are good and very friendly even though they come from different race, religious and ethnic. Everywhere we could find minerals, foods and fruits. The people face has seen always smile seen no problem behind. They also can speak well English and Malay language. The police and government authority are highly respected, efficient and friendly. The integrated transport system and their efficiency could be trusted. The integrated banking system and money changer swiftly run and at certain places are active until midnight. 

The most beauty about Malaysia is green country never ended by eyes seeing and having many beautiful places to enjoy. The beach, hotel and hilly all develop very well for local and international tourist with the level of world standard. An investment on education seen fruit outcomes. The universities and colleges are everywhere in big town. Many foreigners currently studying in Malaysia. The high education investment in the past seen  to be proven worth.

The town's lively day and night with plenty of restaurants serving with the variety of foods. Beside at villages having the calm situation at day and night with a simple life.
