This writing will emphasis on how the unity could be formalised in order to get peace. The difference could good and could bad. Good for archiving peace. Bad for creating chaos. The difference vs same. In many cases, the same also could not contribute the peace. If the same not properly manage, it also could cause havoc. Why the creator makes us the difference. The creator wants us to learn more about others. The creator also wants to show the creator power and the creator knowledge.
The benefit that we can feel the beauty of the differences. We can observe and enjoy others culture, food, the way of life, knowledge, thinking and etc. Established unity could be achieved by mutual support, mutual understanding and ready to share the opportunity and be prepared to share chaos when needed.
Maintaining unity needs to sacrifice and need to maintain the earlier agreement which agreed together even though when a time arrive the agreement may be obsolete. But the new agreement should be formulated again through the proper channel.
The same thinking of doing thing also need to be planted to the party involve for neutralising the differences. This could be achieved through going the same school of learning.
The activity which involve many parties in whatever differences must be planned. The proper place must be decided to make the differences meet and forget about their differences.
The game also could be organised. Try to explore the difference could be turned into the strength of the organisation.
The creator doesn’t create the thing in this world without any reason and without any benefit. We need to find out what is the reason behind what the creator create. If we investigate further, we will find the positive will be more than negative. It could be no negative result could found.
