FOCUS

A word of focus very easy to pronounce. Easy to spell. But very difficult in practice. The word of focus is very important in daily life in order to excel. Any profession or individual needs to focus in anything done. 

The school's students, university's students, CEOs, managers, workers or craftsmen need focus in order to get excellent. 

The Muslims in their prayers need to focus for having a quality prayer. The focus is important in prayer because it will be accepted and fully reward in a hereafter world.

How to focus when many things must be coordinated such as the brain, heart, mouth, eyes, and ears need focusing to one job done at one time. If these things could carefully be coordinated, definitely we could focus and what has been done could give the ultimate results. 

The focus could be achieved by doing a lot of practice. First, we can start with heart concentration. After mastering heart concentration then we can try with the second step that is brain concentration. After mastering how these two organs work then try to coordinate them or let them working together. 

The last but not list we can try simultaneously work with the mouth for words throwing's concentration. Try practice these three first and we may move on with the following step coordination by focusing with the brain, heart, mouth, eyes, and ears to focus to one job done. 

The focusing should on the current job. Forget about the past and the future. Let try and we can see the tremendous results.
