Malaysia tidaklah seteruk yang disangka

Malaysia adalah sebuah negara yang sedang membangun. Pembangunan negara berlaku dengan begitu pesat sekali. Pemimpin negara yang berpengalaman luas telah bertungkus lumus membangunkan negara ini. Maka negara telah keluar dari zon kemiskinan. Kini negara berada dalam zon pertengahan, Cabaran seterusnya adalah untuk mencapai negara berpendapatan tinggi dan menjadi negara maju pada 2020.

Dalam usaha untuk menjadi negara maju, pemimpin terpaksa melaksanakan beberapa pembaharuan. Namun pembaharuan yang diambil kadang kala mempunyai risiko yang tinggi. Akibatnya suatu perkara yang tidak diingini mungkin akan berlaku jikalau tidak dihalusi dan ditangani dengan kadar segera. Pembaharuan yang hendak diambil juga seharusnya telah mengambil kira risiko-risiko yang bakal dihadapi. Dengan mengambilkira  risiko yang bakal dihadapi akan mengurangkan kejutan kepada semua yang terlibat. Malah kejayaan yang memberi manfaat kepada rakyat akan pasti menjelma jua.

Baru-baru ini, Yang Amat Berhormat Perdana Menteri Malaysia ada menyebut bahawa negara ini, negara Malaysia tidaklah seteruk sebagaimana yang digambarkan. Kenyataan beliau adalah amat benar dan bertepatan sekali kerana diakui dalam banyak hal tidak kira dari segi kemudahan awam, kecekapan kerajaan, keselamatan, kebersihan, keceriaan rakyat dan sebut apa sahaja untuk dibandingkan adalah jelas Malaysia adalah setanding malah ada yang lebih baik lagi jika dibandingkan dengan mana-mana negara maju di dunia ini.

Justeru rakyat negara ini harus memberi sedikit kesabaran dan memberi sedikit masa kepada kepimpinan negara untuk memastikan negara akan menjadi maju sebelum 2020.

Love Allah


The human being without a love is nothing. Our journey without the love is actually dull. The love is very subjective. The love cannot be judged or be measured. How we want to measure the love. The love is very personal and very private. The love deal with an emotion. Only we ourself can judge our love and emotion, may be.

The human with brain easily could control how much the love we given to others. The love without control we can say that love with blindly which someday bad effect. When we love our partner, we tend to sacrifice everything include our soul to the someone we love to ensure a happiness of our lover. 
The human look confuses  in order to differentiate the love between Allah and mankind. 
Allah is a creator. As the creator, Allah knows whatever done by the human. Even Allah can read what is inside in our hurt.

As the human, most of us love the thing we belong without border the creator behind. Example, if we have the expensive, beautiful and lovely car namely Ferarri, Mercedes or BMW and etc. Definitely we love our car so much. Definitely we don't border to love the factory or designer of the car. 

In fact if we love the factory of the car, say we promote or buy the share or anything that can be done in order to support the factory as part of the love contribution. Maybe by doing all these will benefit us more in many term and condition. The benefit up to the factory to judge.
Back to Loving Allah. We must love Allah at every second. Remind yourself for never forgetting Allah. This will more benefit to us in a short and long run. As a Muslim, we believe that we have a second world that never end and forever. If we love Allah more than anything in this world, we believe Allah will love us and when we get love from Allah, for sure Allah will take care everything to us forever. 
What is the method to get love from Allah?
The short answer to this question. We must become a good Muslim forever. To be a good Muslim forever of course we need to find out knowledge on how to be faithful to Allah. Knowledge also will teach us on how to perform correct prayer, pasting, umrah and hajj and many more.
Love Allah must be more than love others. To love Allah must be more than we love ourself, love our family, love water,  love air and love all things in this world that be created by Allah. InsyaAllah.

Maintaining Success


Suddenly an organization could be fall in difficulty and become out of control. The difficulty in controlling members and other entity involve with the organization such as members, customers or competitors suddenly happened without any notice. 

The difficulty in organization normally come in many sources. Some difficulties come from leaders may be misconduct or lack of integrity, some from leader's advisor which not competence or opportunists, some from followers who not satisfied with organizations, some from other environments such as bad economy, disasters or weather climates, and some come from enemy etc. 

We also have learned that many organization's failure case studies have been done in a real case. The finding of case study consistently had shown that the fall of organization normally causes by the wrong decision. Whoever involve in the decision making can be pointed as the culprit. 

It happens also the misconduct of the leaders in the organization could be the factor of fall of the organization. 

The leaders in the organization always come and go, but the organization is there forever unless it fall or couldn't be run anymore.

The selection of the candidate to become a leader of the organization play very important role in the future.

Normally, many winning's organizations in this world. Some of them are very big and very sustainable. Sustainable could be achieved after hard work of the workers and leaders at all level in the organization.

If the organization can sustain in any condition after certain period means that the said organization in success environment. 

The people always say that to achieve success is easy but to maintain the success is difficult. 

How to maintain success? 

Maintaining success could be considered continuously. Every aspect and angle must be continuous practice such as communication, ethics, knowledge, integrity, efficient, and etc, but the most important is knowledge at every field at all level of the organization's members. Especially sub-leaders knowledge at every level.

Any miss conduct or miss understanding in the organization must be solved immediately. In a homer-party medical practice, we to be informed the best to cure the disease by using the same bacteria which cause the deceased. 

Seen now the media social such as blog, facebook, telegram, histogram, twitter, and WhatsApp are the famous media to announce the misconduct or misuse power by the leaders, then the leaders also must use this media to fight back the wrong announcement by the enemy or people who seem to turn down the organization. 

In this new environment at all level of leaders need to have the skill in writing such the mention above media in order to combat the problem which nowadays we consider the most up-most problem.

Time to react fast is very important. Who take the fast action will win the game.

The most important all members in the organization must be able to change and be able to adapt all challenge in a new situation.

The system in recruiting members and a proper system of choosing leaders must be really thought.

Perancangan pekahwinan yang meriah dan teratur

Kebelakangan ini, untuk mengadakan majlis perkahwinan menjadi mimpi yang ngeri  kepada setiap ibu-bapa dan  pasangan. Kengerian disebabkan beberapa persoalam antaranya seperti persoalan makan cukup atau tidak, bagaimanakah keadaan cuaca, berapa ramai kehadiran tetamu, gembirakah mereka, aturcara majlis tersusun atau tidak, kejadian-kejadian yang tidak menyenangkan seperti pinggan pecah, nasi mantah dan sebagainya pasti berlegar-legar di kepala tuan kenduri.

Seperkara lagi ialah jika sekiranya majlis tidak dirancangkan dan disusun dengan betul maka sudah pasti ia akan menelan belanja yang besar. Namun perbelanjaan yang besar bukanlah menjadi tiket atau penentu kepada kepuasan atau kemeriahan. Malah dalam banyak keadaan, perbelanjaan yang berpatutan tetapi dengan perancangan yang betul telah memberikan majlis yang meriah dan mendapat kepuasan kepada semua terutama pihak pengantin dan sekelian tetamu yang hadir.

Setelah majlis dapat berjalan dengan lancar maka segala mimpi ngeri akan bertukar kepada mimpi yang sangat indah. Tidak dapat dinafikan lagi bahawa perkara terpenting yang perlu diberi perhatian adalah dengan memastikan perancangan dengan membuat perbincangan secara bersama di antara pengantin, ibu-bapa dan saudara mara yang terlibat.

Perbincangan yang penting yang perlu diberi perhatian adalah menetapkan tema majlis. Tema yang betul boleh mempengaruhi kemeriahan dan juga memberi kesan kepada bajet majlis. Ia melibatkan warna pelamin agar menambah keceriaan, warna baju pengantin agar kelihatan lebih bergaya dan anggun, warna khemah, alas meja dan hiasan-hiasan yang boleh menyerlahkan lagi kecerian majlis. Tema juga boleh memberi kesan kepada menu sajian, mainan kugiran dan celoteh juruacara. Kaum kerabat yang dekat boleh diberi maklum awal agar memberi masa kepada mereka untuk sama-sama memberi fokus kepada tema majlis.

Langkah seterusnya adalah menentukan bilangan tetamu yang akan dijemput. Tentukan bilangan tetamu sehampir tepat yang mungkin kerana ia akan melibatkan perbelanjaan makanan. Perbelanjaan pada makanan kepada setiap tetamu merupakan jumlah yang besar dan utama kepada majlis.

Selain bilangan yang tepat, siapa yang hadir juga hendaklah diberi perhatian seperti kaum keluarga, ipar duai, rakan sekerja, rakan sekolah, rakan media sosial, bos tempat kerja dan sebagainya.

Penetapan siapakah tetamu utama dalam majlis juga perlu diberi perhatian. Soalan seperti adakah memerlukan tetamu utama, penetapan siapa yang akan menepung tawar, siapa yang akan dijemput untuk makan bersama dengan pengantin hendaklah ditetapkan terlebih awal agar tiada kelam kabut semasa beralangsung perjalanan majlis.

Kegembiraan tetamu yang hadir hendaklah diutamakan dengan memberi layanan yang istimewa terhadap semua tetamu secara saksama. Semua perkara hendaklah dihalusi dan dimurnikan kerana semuanya penting bagi menentukan kemeriahan majlis disamping menentukan majlis berjalan dengan lancar dan teratur.

Seterusnya adalah menempah makanan dan khemah hendaklah dibuat awal. Menu hendaklah disusun dengan rapi dan setiap hidangan hendaklah mendapat persetujuan ahli keluarga terdekat. Penempahan awal makanan dan khemah penting kerana kedua-dua perkara ini merupakan perkara pokok, dan jangan lupa katering makanan dan penyewa khemah akan menjadi rebutan pada hari-hari puncak atau hari-hari kesukaan ramai seperti hari cuti sekolah atau hari cuti panjang dan hari-hari yang jatuh pada tarikh kesukaan seperti 12. 12. 2012 dan sebagainya.

Penempahan khemah dan makanan menjadi mudah apabila bilangan tetamu telah pasti. Kemeriahan berganda jika dekorasi khemah, pelamin,kerusi meja serta ahli keluarga selari dengan tema yang telah diputuskan. 

Juga tidak kurang penting dalam memastikan penentuan aturcara majlis yang hendak diatur. Aturcara majlis memainkan peranan yang amat penting bermula dari perancangan, raptai ataupun pada majlis hari sebenar.

Jika pengacara yang dilantik dapat memainkan peranan yang betul akan menambahkan lagi kelancaran dan kemeriahan majlis. Justeru, pemilihan juruacara amat penting bagi menentukan kelancaran dan kemeriahan majlis.

Kelancaran majlis dan kepuasan tetamu juga amat bergantung kepada penyambut tetamu. Penyambut tetamu dapat menyejukkan hati tetamu dengan menampilkan kehadiran mereka amat dihargai.

Ini juga dapat menentukan metod hidangan. Adakah metod makan berhidang atau layan diri, Dari pengamatan didapati konsep makan berhidang lebih memberi kepuasan tetamu tetapi memerlukan kakitangan yang ramai.

Walupun kakitagan yang ramai diperlukan bagi kaedah berhidang, diamati makanan tidak membazir. Keceriaan tetamu dan kepuasan mereka menghadiri majlis dapat diutamakan. Konsep ini juga dapat memberi ruang kepada tuan rumah untuk memberi tumpuan sepenuhnyan kepada para tetamu yang hadir.

Pada hari majlis tidak dapat dinafikan lagi bahawa tetamu pada hari itu adalah 'King'. Layanan yang seistimewa mungkin hendaklah diberi keutamaan,

Walaubagaimanapun perancangan teliti  telah diatur, kerisauan dan fobia tuan rumah masih sukar untuk dihilangkan sepenuhnya. Bagaimanapun ia telah dapat dikurangkan.

Faktor kerisauan berlaku adalah kerana kaum melayu amat menghormati tetamu.  Ini menjadikan kerisauan sebelum dan semasa majlis pekahwinan  berlangsung mungkin tidak dapat dielakkan. Wallahu'alam.

Attacking Leader

 

One of the best strategies to turn down an organization by assaulting the leader. Attacking leader strategy, normally the best approach for the enemy to win the war. The member of the organization should move forward to defend the leader from the competitor attack. The leader must be strong, calm, and creative in defending position and organization. The defend and attacking normally have planned properly. At the same time, the leader must solve whatever problem as soon as possible before it becomes worse. 

 
 

Why enemy or competitor attack an organization? We can list many reasons for this question. The interest of the competitor or opponent to take over something that valuable, to take power, to gain political power etc. In football, normally the club wants to win the game. After winning the game, the value of the club becomes high. High-income club in football after winning the game could transform into big money by selling club's products. The club also could generate income by sponsorship or by investment or by strengthen the club's brand. 
 
In politics, the winner of an election will rule the government. The ruling of government can make policy to the country. The majority can shape the countraccording to. Recently some of politician will take the advantage by misuse of the power for their own interest. When some of them too greedy then will make people suffer. The philosophy of what the party main goal are crucial. Otherwise, the country will havoc and face instability. 
 
As a Muslim, religious teaches us the important of the leader. In fact, a small group to travel with the number of three need to appoint the leader. 
 
When we travel example in the plane, the captain of the airplane automatically become our leader during the journey. All instruction will come from the captain. Normally captain delegates his power to the cabin crew to give instruction, to show an example, to teach safety and to take care of the passenger. In this case, the passengers are the follower which need to be calm down by the captain and his crews and to make sure passengers confident to the captain of the airplane. 
 
In the journey, many things could happen. Such as air pocket, havoc during the distribution of food or the worst thing such as technical error or hijacker. The Captain and crew of the cabin play a significant role during this situation. We must train the captain and the crew with the skills to handle all the situation occurs in the plane. What ever happen to the captain as a leader of the plane will give the big trouble to the passengers as a follower of the plane. 
 
The mechanism of protecting of leader, the system of organization, the system of hand-over from leader, the change of command in organization, the communication between leader and the follower, the middle person between leader and the follower and the educating follower system also should be established, With continuous education and the knowledge with well-coordinated at all level will make sure everything running well in organization

Systems Vs Results

Which type of a company or organization are you working? Deal with produced product or giving service. Which country are you belong to? Western or east block? What is your organization practice? System-oriented or result-oriented?

Through my observation, system-oriented famous in the east while results-oriented heard accepted in the west.

Some believed in system-oriented. They believe after considering and focus on the system, the output of product or services automatically become quality. The system can be studied and revise time to time for further improvement. The system also can be simulated to see the smoothness run.The simulation also to simulate output and profit. If the system runs smooth, we can see the product or the service will be satisfied the customer. The customer always right. If they satisfied definitely products and services could turn to big money. The system normally involves the flow of the many processes. In the flow, some use the robot, machine, and workers. The layout can be arranged inline, in the group or in staged. It depends on suitability.

The system-oriented should more reliable compared to results oriented. If the organization starts with the result-oriented need to turn it to the system oriented to make sure the survivability of the organization.
 
Through this system-oriented philosophy, no wonder recently numbers of the companies such as KFC, Mc. Donald, Burger king and many more very much profitable and sustainable in the market.


While result-oriented much more depend on personal in the organization. This system needs to have a very intelligent person to materialize the achievement of the task in the organization. Normally, the owner of the organization or company start the operation with his or her skill. Then the organization grow and become big and can compete with others. 

The disadvantage of this system is too much rely on a person, Since then, it is very much high risk to the organization. The organization might fail if the key person leaves the organization.

Unity make us strong

Recently, we can see the need of unity in society and an organization to move forward to face any challenges. The importance of unity cannot be denied, if we want to compete in whatever condition. The  competitor normally takes breaking address action in order  to break unity as one of the best strategies to win the competition.

Take a measure of the football game as an example since this game nearest to our heart in terms of an important of unity. The best manager always do use this strategy with a thought of breaking unity. Normally the manager of the club is a prominent target for breaking the unity and concentration of the team. The manager of the club must make sure the element of breaking unity in the team must be avoided in order to make sure winning the game

In the organization such as governments, politics, NGOs, football teams and clubs normally leadership plays very important role in order to make sure unity at whatever level in their organizations, especially at the managerial level. Many studies show that the leaders always irritate if the organization fails. While in the most cases it happens that some of the players are the culprit to spoil the unity in the team. The leader must have the clever enough to smell the players who are not in the team for not spoil unity in the organization for ease advancement. The task of developing the team's unity is not easier than saying. This task needs a strong leader with a powerful character to make sure the advancement of the organization in the future.

Our older generations always pass the word of "with unity we strong, without unity we collapse" in Bahasa Melayu says "bersatu kita teguh, bercerai kita roboh". Our older generations always give an example, one steak of stick match very easy to break, but one group of stick match is possible to break.

Even though our community said far behind in term of business skill or etc, but with unity definitely we will move forward in any circumstances.
